Privacy Policy
Anytime Cleaning ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to the cleaning services we provide across the Lower Mainland, British Columbia.
1. What information we collect
We only collect information we actually need to quote, schedule, and deliver a cleaning service.
Information you give us
When you submit a quote request, call us, or email us, we may collect:
- Your name
- Phone number and email address
- Property address and property type
- Details about the space, such as number of bedrooms and bathrooms
- Your preferred date, time, and cleaning frequency
- Any additional details you choose to share, such as pets, parking, or access instructions
Information collected automatically
Our website may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device type, approximate location based on IP address, the pages you visit, and how long you stay. This is aggregate information used to understand how the site is performing. It does not identify you personally.
Information we do not collect
We do not collect payment card numbers through this website. If you pay by card, that transaction is handled directly by our payment provider, and we never see or store your full card number.
2. Why we collect it
We use your personal information to:
- Prepare and send you a quote
- Schedule, confirm, and carry out your cleaning
- Contact you about your booking, including reminders and changes
- Send invoices and process payment
- Respond to your questions, requests, or concerns
- Improve our services and our website
- Meet our legal, tax, and insurance obligations
We will not use your information for any other purpose without telling you first and getting your consent.
Marketing
We do not send marketing emails or texts unless you have asked us to. If we ever do, every message will include a clear way to unsubscribe, and opting out will never affect the service you receive.
3. Consent
By submitting the quote form, calling us, or booking a cleaning, you consent to us collecting and using your information for the purposes described above.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us. Please note that if you withdraw consent for information we need to deliver a service, we may not be able to continue providing that service.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.
We share it only in these limited situations:
- Our cleaning staff. The cleaner assigned to your job receives the address, access instructions, and any details needed to do the work properly. Our staff are required to keep your information confidential.
- Service providers. We use third parties to run our business, such as our form provider, email provider, scheduling tools, and payment processor. They may only use your information to provide their service to us.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, a court order, or a government authority, or to protect our legal rights.
- Business transfer. If our business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer as part of that sale. We would notify you.
Some of our service providers store data outside Canada, including in the United States. Where that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those countries. We choose providers that maintain reasonable security standards.
5. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires.
- Quote requests that do not become bookings: up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Customer records and job history: for the length of our relationship and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Invoices and financial records: a minimum of six years, as required by Canadian tax law.
When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or destroy it.
6. How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, theft, and unauthorized access, including:
- Limiting access to staff who need the information to do their job
- Using password-protected accounts and devices
- Using reputable service providers with their own security measures
- Securely deleting information we no longer need
No method of storing or transmitting information is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Cookies and analytics
Our website may use cookies, which are small files stored on your device, to help the site function and to understand how visitors use it.
You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so will not prevent you from using our site or submitting a quote request.
If we use an analytics service, it collects aggregate usage data such as page views and visit duration. We do not use it to identify individual visitors.
9. Information inside your home or business
Cleaning work means our staff are inside your space. We take that seriously.
